Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 17, 2026

AxiomIQ (“AxiomIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at axiomiq.org (the “Site”). AxiomIQ is operated by an individual and is a free companion resource to the AxiomIQ social media channels on Instagram (@axiomiq.official) and YouTube (@axiomiq.official).

This Privacy Policy explains what information is and is not collected when you visit the Site, how any such information is handled, and the choices available to you. We have written this policy to be accurate and readable. The short version is simple: the Site itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you.

1. Summary

The Site is a fully static website. It has no user accounts, no login or sign-up functionality, no comment sections, and no forms that transmit data to any server. The Site’s own code does not set cookies, does not use local storage or session storage, and does not include any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts of any kind.

2. Information You Type Into the Site

The Site includes two interactive features: an answer input box on individual problem pages and a search and filter bar on the problems table. Both features run entirely within your browser using client-side JavaScript.

When you type an answer into the answer input box, your text is compared against an answer list that is already present in your browser, and the corresponding solution is revealed. Nothing you type is transmitted over the network, scored on a server, or stored anywhere. The same is true of the search and filter bar. Once you close or navigate away from the page, anything you typed is gone.

3. Information Collected Automatically by Our Hosting Provider

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a static hosting service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. As with virtually all websites, Cloudflare’s infrastructure may automatically log certain technical information when your browser requests pages and files from the Site. This may include your IP address, the date and time of your request, the pages requested, your browser’s user agent string, and similar technical data. Cloudflare may also set a limited number of cookies for security, bot mitigation, and content delivery purposes. These logs and cookies are created and controlled by Cloudflare as part of operating its network, not by the Site’s own code, and we do not use them to identify or profile visitors.

For information about how Cloudflare handles this data, please see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Google Fonts. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, served from the domains fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. When your browser requests these font files, Google may receive and log your IP address and related technical request data as part of serving the files. This is the only third-party network request made by the Site. For details, see the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Outbound links. The Site contains ordinary links to our Instagram and YouTube channels. Clicking these links takes you to third-party platforms operated by Meta and Google respectively. Once you leave the Site, your activity is governed by those platforms’ own privacy policies, not this one. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

The Site contains no embeds, iframes, third-party widgets, or externally hosted scripts other than the Google Fonts request described above.

5. Cookies

The Site’s own code does not set any cookies and does not read or write local storage or session storage. Any cookies you may observe while visiting the Site are set by Cloudflare for the security and delivery purposes described in Section 3.

6. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

The Site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and, consistent with the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or from anyone else. Because the Site has no accounts, no forms that transmit data, and no data collection of its own, no personal information is knowingly gathered from visitors of any age. If you believe a child has somehow provided personal information to us, please contact us at info@axiomiq.org and we will address the matter promptly.

7. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights regarding personal information, including rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, and objection.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR and UK GDPR). To the extent that any processing of personal data occurs in connection with your visit, such as the technical logging described in Sections 3 and 4, the legal basis for that processing is legitimate interest in operating, securing, and delivering the Site. Because the Site itself does not collect or retain personal data, we generally hold no personal data about you on which to act. Technical data handled by Cloudflare or Google is controlled by those providers, and requests concerning that data may need to be directed to them under their respective policies. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Visitors in California and other United States states with privacy laws (CCPA / CPRA). We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act or similar state laws, and we do not use personal information for targeted advertising or profiling. Because the Site collects no personal information, there is generally no personal information for us to disclose, delete, or correct in response to a request. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.

If you have any privacy question or request, contact us at info@axiomiq.org and we will respond as required by applicable law.

8. International Visitors and Data Transfers

The Site is served through Cloudflare’s global network, and requests may be processed on servers located in the United States or other countries. By using the Site, you understand that any technical data described in Sections 3 and 4 may be processed in jurisdictions whose data protection laws differ from those of your home country. Cloudflare and Google each maintain their own safeguards for international data transfers as described in their respective privacy policies.

9. Data Security and Retention

Because the Site does not collect or store personal information, there is no personal data for us to secure or retain. Technical logs held by Cloudflare are retained according to Cloudflare’s own retention practices.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we ever add analytics or other features that change how the Site handles data. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. If a future change would meaningfully alter what data the Site collects, we will make that clear in the revised policy. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Contact

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or the Site’s data practices, please contact us at info@axiomiq.org.
